notes for yourself
The file size description on the English version of Snowfield House's web page (Bethesda.net) is incorrect.
The file size of the MOD on the web page (Bethesda.net) is shown larger than the actual file size.
The MOD file has a simple structure of only eps, and it would be strange if the file size was not the same size as the image above (701 KB).
This may be a bug after the Bethesda.net skyrim MOD server was moved and the Creation Kit became version 1.6.1130.0.
The Snowfield House file uploaded to Bethesda.net is 701 KB, but when you view the Bethesda.net page on a computer or smartphone browser, the Installation Size is displayed as 1.63 MB. For some reason, the file size is displayed larger than it actually is, even though there are no included files such as external assets. It's annoying that 701 KB is displayed as 1669.12 KB.
In addition, the Japanese version of Snowfield House did not have an extreme increase in the displayed file size, the original was 705 KB and the Bethesda.net MOD page was 716.72 KB to 728.67 KB (depending on the model). Although the file size has increased slightly compared to the original, the file size display has not increased as much as the English version.

If you check the file size of Snowfield House on the PS4's creations page, it is 701.2KB. The file size was displayed as being almost the same as the original.
The file size display on the in-game introduction page doesn't seem strange, so I guess I'll take it. (It's not good though)
Differences in handling of cropping of icon images
Another thing I noticed is that on the new MOD (creations) page, there seems to be a difference in trimming between the icons of MODs moved from the old MOD page and the icons of MODs published after the new MOD page was opened.

The image above is the final version of the icon created in a size compatible with the new creations page. The old icon was 260*260px, while the new icon's recommended size is larger, 900*506px. The official description says, "This will be displayed in 16:9 on the website, but the top and bottom may be cropped to 12:5 in the game client."

The above is the Snowfield House icon that I created at the beginning. I made a prototype and wondered if it would be okay if I just put some text around this area.

When I checked the prototype icon on PS4, it was true that the top and bottom were cropped. Unfortunately, the bottom part of the text is cropped and cannot be read.

Therefore, I hurriedly recreated the icon. When creating a MOD icon for the new creations page, if you create a design with text placed at the top and bottom, the top and bottom of the image will be cropped on the in-game creations page, making the placed text unreadable.

When River View House was updated, I also recreated the MOD icon, but it seems that cropping the top and bottom of the icon image does not apply to MODs that were published before the transition to the new creations page. The icon is resized and displayed without cutting the top and bottom, including the entire image.
bonus

I received a mysterious service (?) that said, "I made the font size larger because it's important!"
I don't know if Bethesda.net's proofreading was included, but for some reason some of the descriptions for F.Ranger+ House on the new MOD page are in a larger font size. Both the English and Japanese versions of PS4 and Xone have mysteriously large font sizes. I haven't changed the font size settings myself. The Bethesda.net staff may have been kind to me when I transferred the page, but the truth is a mystery. The highlighted text is certainly important, so I left it as is without editing the page.
