Description of Ilinalta Lake Lodge

I built a house on the shores of Lake Ilinalta.
A separate house for spending time with a partner who is not good at sunlight is also included.
The merchants live very close to the house so you can shop whenever the merchants are awake.

Conflicting Mods: Conflicts with mods that modify the same location (coordinates -1, -15 and -1, -16 and -2, 16 and -2, -15). Mods that add trees to lake shores may also conflict.

It uses the "Creation Club Fishing" resource (ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm) introduced in update 1.6.

There are two versions for PC only.
The one with the notation of SE consists only of the material of Version 1.5.97 environment. The one with AE notation uses the material ("Creation Club: Fishing" resource (ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm)) that became available after Version 1.6.

Hiring additional merchants requires the "[PS4] Multiple Followers System".

The following is information common to the PC version, Xbox One version, and PS4 version.

As with all moddings, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up the save data before installing this mod so that you can always restore it before installing the mod.

Installation

There is no specified installation timing. There is no special load order either. I think it would be easier to manage if you put it in the same row as other houses.

Uninstallation

When uninstalling, please uninstall with save data in the following states: ``The status increase effect added by this MOD has expired'' or ``You do not own any items added by this MOD.''

There are mainly three types of conditions for the status increase effect that occurs with this MOD.

  • Washing your hands, brushing your teeth, using the toilet, washing your body, and using the bath will temporarily increase your status.
  • If you are equipped with an item (weapon or armor) added by this MOD that has a status increase effect.
  • If you use items (food or potions) added with this MOD that have a status-increasing effect.

If you uninstall this MOD with save data in which the status increase effect generated by this MOD is enabled, the status increase effect may remain. Please remove additional items from your equipment and save in a state where you do not own any additional items before uninstalling this MOD. If the additional item has a magic effect, only the magic effect may remain after uninstalling this MOD, and the magic effect may not be removed.

When uninstalling this MOD, please release all the NPCs that have migrated from the "Dweller Slot" of this house, and send the NPCs back to their original locations before uninstalling.


The building is close to The Guardian Stones. (It is close in a straight line distance.)


The front door is on the west side.


There is a switch on the inside of the front door to lock the door.

The reason why it is necessary to lock the door is that it is careless to sleep without locking it. Even in the same building outside, the Morthal Lantern Estate hut has a castle wall and guards are guarding it, so it is safe even without a lock, but this property has no castle walls or guards, so I added a locking function.


Inside the front door are buttons that lock the three doors of the lodge. Activating the lock locks the two doors on the first floor (the main entrance and the back door to the open-air bath) and the door on the second floor. Even if the lock is enabled, it can be unlocked from the inside.


Note: Do not Fast Travel with the door lock activated from inside the building. You will not be able to enter indoors. If you are locked out of the house, enter through the emergency exit (under the small box near the bonsai).

Outdoor equipment: 2 beds (no ownership), dining room, stables, blacksmithing equipment, fishing pond, fish hatchery, boat-like vehicle, magic cauldron. The outdoor building lighting is for nighttime use. No lights are needed during the day as the sun is shining.

On the second floor of the lodge, the room with a double bed is the section for the protagonist, but there is also a bedroom dedicated to the protagonist in the main building. The bed owned by the main character is designated as a bedroom in the main building.

If the protagonist has the spouse move to this house with "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" or "[PS4] Relocate NPC - Your new home", the spouse will sleep in the protagonist's bedroom in the main building.
Spouses do not sleep in the "non-proprietary double beds" located on the second floor of the lodge.

Note: Fishing ponds are not in SE version.

Here is the entrance to the shop.

Bath products are handled by a merchant (Kiahni). Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.

Merchant Hut Equipment: Merchant bed, 4 beds (no ownership), toilet, bath facilities (tub and shower), cooking facilities (Oven, Cooking pot, grill), Arcane Enchanter, Staff Enchanter and Alchemy lab.


There is an outdoor bath.


On the first floor of the lodge there are restrooms and a dining room.


The entrance to the main building is this door.

Indoor facilities: main character's bedroom, 6 children's beds, 8 NPC beds, toilet, bath facilities (bathtub, shower and sauna), Cooking facilities (Oven, Cooking pot, Grill), Nine Divines and Daedric altars, Standing Stone miniatures, Arcane Enchanter, Staff Enchanter, Alchemy lab, Aquarium, Treasure rooms (Daedric artifact room, Trophy Room, Mannequin room, etc.) ) All indoor storage does not respawn. Indoor storage is safe.

Note: Please note: Out of the 8 beds in the main building, the bunk bed rooms are for Housemates. The four beds in the guest room near the emergency exit are for followers who accompany the player. Beds in guest rooms near emergency exits can also be equipped with the Dweller Slot feature. If you want to use the guest room as a "follower guest room that accompanies the player", please do not fill Dweller slots 9 to 12.

Note: Aquarium is not in SE version.

There is a switch in the small box in the bedroom. This switch unlocks the secret room passage.


TThe main character's room in the main building of Ilinalta Lake Lodge has three bookshelves to the left as you enter, which can hold a total of 38 books.



Indoor bath facilities include showers, saunas and large public baths.


Washing your hands, brushing, washing your body, and using the bath will temporarily increase your status.

The bath and toilet have an NPC automatic undressing function. After a certain period of time, the undressing state of the NPC will be released.

If the NPC is still undressed, remove the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth from the NPC's equipment.

In addition, it seems that some NPCs have the automatic undressing function disabled.
NPCs with the ability to "neutralize magic" have no effect and remain dressed.
Also, the undressing NPC's torso may not be visible, but it can be restored by removing the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth.

The player does not automatically undress, so when taking a bath, the player should gracefully undress or equip a Bath Cloth.
The Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth are set to a high defense value to protect you from enemies while you are bathing in the open-air bath.
However, this does not mean that we recommend playing in loincloths. Please wear clothes after taking a bath as the water will get cold.

If you don't want NPCs to undress automatically

There is an "NPCs do not undress" button that will stop NPCs from undressing in the bath or toilet.

You can turn NPCs undressing inside the building and in the garden on and off using the "Undressing Control Button" located immediately to the left as you enter the main building from the front entrance of Lake Ilinalta East Lodge.

By turning the switch on, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes on, but in reality they are undressing.

Known bugs/issues

Known issue1:You can switch between water and steam in the bath or sauna with a switch. The game may crash if you leave it displayed in large numbers and go outdoors. Please turn off the switch when moving. Saving water is important. If the switches are switched continuously, the game may crash due to the load on the game.

Known Issue 2: This house has a house Owner set to "Player". There is also a "Public Area" setting.
This is because if the house does not have a "Public Area" setting, the residents will warn the player "I want you to leave the house" when the player returns home.
Due to this "Public Area" setting, guests such as Falkreath's guards may come to visit this house. After a while, the guests will return to their original place, so please leave them alone.



Known Issue 3: The color of the hot springs in the bath changes with time. If you are using a mod that modifies the weather, the color may differ from the sample image.

Question and Answer (Possible question)

Question 1: I can't enter the house after Fast Traveling with the outside lodge door lock enabled.


Answer 1: Activating the outer lodge door lock will lock 3 doors, but please do not Fast Travel with all doors locked. Fast Traveling with all doors locked will prevent you from entering the interior.
If you are locked out of the house, go to the outside lodge via the main building from the emergency exit behind the toilet in the outside lodge (under the small box near the bonsai) and unlock the front door. It will be possible to enter the building from the outside again.

Question 2: Even with the lighting inside the lodge outside turned on, it doesn't seem very bright.

Answer 2: The lighting on the 1st and 2nd floors inside the outside lodge is basically sunlight during the daytime, so you don't need to turn on the lighting. Since it is supplementary lighting at night, the brightness of the lighting is modest.


Question 3: When I switched the roof of the outside lodge, the rain came into the room.

Answer 3: The roof we switched to has a gap, so rain will enter the room when it rains. Switch roofs only when the weather is sunny or cloudy.


Question 4: The ship on the pier is labeled as carriage, where is the horse?

Answer 4: With the existing ship system, you can only move to ports on the mainland of skyrim, so the appearance is a ship-like object and the system is a carriage. Please think that the horse is disguised as an engine.

Question 5: Can I drive the ship at the pier instead of the driver?

Answer 5: Unfortunately, the pier's "ship-like thing" is a decoration and cannot be driven. Because you can't use it on PS4 if you have external assets.


Question 6: There is something like a refrigerator indoors. Will the food inside freeze?

Answer 6: Stored food will not freeze and change into another item. Don't worry.

Question 7: A courier came out from inside the outer lodge. why?

Answer: Couriers spawn from an XMarker that defines the center of a Location placed in that Area.


For example, when you enter Whiterun, the courier will run from the market to your location because the market has an XMarker that defines the central point inside Whiterun.


The LocationCenterMarker placed at the outer lodge coordinates (-1.-16) is placed in the center of the lodge (around the dining room counter), so the delivery man will appear from inside the lodge.

LocationCenterMarker is used for various quest criteria indoors and outdoors.
The LocationCenterMarker placed inside the house can be associated with the protagonist's bed so that the spouse can sleep in the protagonist's bed.
The outdoor LocationCenterMarker is used for various quest criteria, while the lodge LocationCenterMarker is placed for use as the "HideAndSeek" central criterion.

Question 8: I want to move my family, but this house is not an option for me to move to.

Answer for PC and Xone versions: "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" is required to move family members such as spouses and adopted children. Visit this house after installing "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" and cast the spell "Bless Home" inside the house to have your spouse or adopted child move into this house.

Please use "My Home is Your Home" to house animals such as Meeko or stray dogs.

PS4 version answer: "[PS4] Relocate NPC - Your new home" is required to move family members such as a spouse, adopted child, or pet.

Explanation of the housemate function.

A description of the function that allows Followers to live in this house (Housemate function).

used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's living system. Thanks to UniSL.

Description of Follower's long-term stay feature:

After installing this mod, if you save and load it and bring the follower to this house (garden and inside the house), you will be presented with the option "[Home] Would you live in this house?".

Select the dweller slot from [1] to [12] from "This's your dweller slot." After allocating a dweller slot and then parting from the follower, the follower will start living in this house.

When you talk to the NPC who has become a resident, the option "[Home] I want to manage dwellers." Will be displayed, and you can unlock the dweller slot.

If you want to change the resident, bring the follower you want to change to this house and select the dweller slot you want to change from the conversation "[Home] Would you live in this house?" And change it.

Attention and request: The Essential attribute is given during the stay, but it will return to the default setting after releasing the dweller slot, so if you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire it as a Follower after releasing the dweller slot. Then, please deliver it to a safe place.

When uninstalling this mod, please cancel all the residents' residence settings first, send it to the original location, and then uninstall it.

By using other mods together, it is possible to migrate "NPCs that cannot be made friends normally", but it is recommended to migrate NPCs related to the progress of the quest after the quest is completed. . If you migrate NPCs related to quest progress in the middle of the quest, the quest may not be able to progress.

Also, if you "temporarily make a 'sedated hostile NPC' a friend" and immigrate as a housemate, be careful as it may attack merchants and players after the sedation is lifted.

Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.

A description of the Follower's living quarters area

The housemate's living quarters consist of one outdoor room, a quadruple room in the main building, and a merchant's accommodation.

The housemate is set to sleep in the room for 8 hours from 22:00 to 6:00 am, but if the default sleep start time for the housemate is earlier than 22:00, the housemate will sleep in the nearest bed.

Even if your housemate is sleeping in a bed other than the room you live in, at 22:00 when sleep starts, you will wake up once and go to your designated bed.

Housemate's main patrol locations: main building indoor and outdoor dining room, indoor and outdoor baths, outside near blacksmithing facility, rooftop.

A Resident's meal schedule may deviate from the start time or cancel the meal schedule.

Ownership is not set for the bed in the housemate's living quarters.
Most of the living quarters have single beds, so if the follower accompanying the player goes to bed first, the housemate will have no place to sleep and the housemate will not be able to sleep.

  • Breakfast: From 6:00 am to 7:00 am in the dining room in the main lodge.
  • Lunch: Noon to 1:00 pm in the lodge dining room.
  • Tea time: 3:00pm to 4:00pm in the lodge main building dining room.
  • Dinner: 7:00pm to 8:00pm in the main lodge dining room.
  • Tea time before bed: 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the lodge dining room.
  • Sleep time: I sleep in my room from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.
  • A housemate is free to go back and forth between indoors and outdoors except when eating and sleeping.

  • Housemate's beds (9) to (12) are in quadruple rooms inside the main building (guest room near the emergency exit).

Supplementary information

Note: there may be other methods that I don't know about.

How to make a follower of "NPCs that cannot be made friends normally" on PS4.

  • Make a follower of the hostile NPC that was sedated by LBGSHI's "Ring of Peace" with "Ring of Following".
  • Use LBGSHI's "Ring of Following" to make an NPC a follower.
  • Make an NPC a Follower using the additional scroll "MFS: Come With Me (Charm)" for "MFS" by UniSL.

How to make "NPCs other than followers" followers on PC or Xone.

  • Make the target NPC a follower with the additional magic "Tweak Make Follower" of Amazing Follower Tweaks. (Note that some NPCs do not have additional magic effects.)

I have been looking for a house in order to have a "Hunters Guild" and this very well may be the one. Looks amazing in and out, perfect location (Falkreath hold) and the ability to have trophies. Excellent work!

Thank you for your comment. We are so glad you liked the Ilinalta Lake Lodge. We have placed fishing points on the pier so that you can catch a lot of fish, so I think the Hunter Guild can be active not only as a deer, bear, and wolf hunter, but also as a fish hunter.

Is there not a grindstone in the blacksmith area or am I blind to where it has been placed??? This one tiny detail is driving me a little crazy. Do I really have to go all the way to riverwood or lakeview manor just to upgrade my weapons? This house would truly be perfect for me if it finally had one.

Would like to ask though (if its possible? I'm not a modder at all), there are buttons everywhere that change the light or windows, would it be possible to add buttons that change things like the shield or trophy displays to more mannequins or weapons racks, and vice versa?

Other than those things, I've seriously never been more in love with a mod house and I'm super eager to explore your other homes built with the dweller slot system, this is so much better than what other mod homes have been using. The things I'd give to have 16 followers live here and crowd this cute place like a party house on the lake. I may seriously never use a different house mod again, I love it so much.

But please.. that grindstone. I'm begging you!

Thank you for letting me know that Grindstone is missing.

We considered whether it would be possible to completely change the shield or trophy displays to mannequins or weapons racks by flipping a switch on and off.

When I tried ``switching trophies to mannequins with a switch'', I found that it was not possible to implement ``switching trophies with a switch'' because I could not switch ``created trophies'' with a switch. I can switch the trophy base, but I cannot include the trophy on the base in the switching range. Therefore, I decided to add mannequins to the open areas of the passage.

It seems that shield racks can be supported by ``adding the function of weapons racks to the left and right side of shield racks''. However, if we add weapons racks to low-position shield racks, the decorated weapons will sink into the floor, so we will not add the weapons racks function to low-position shield racks. To display long weapons such as Greatswords on weapons racks, you will need a certain amount of height and space on the left and right sides.

Hi!! Question, are the 4 new beds supposed to increase the number of followers the lodge can hold(maximum of 12), or are they there just as a quality of life/aesthetic improvement? If there's supposed to be room for 4 new followers on top of the original 8, they're not working on xbox one.

Also, my spouse almost never goes outside, 95% of the time he just eats and sleeps, sometimes he appears at a table in the inner kitchen and looks like he's rolling invisible pie dough. If I do catch him outside it's kinda a wonder to behold, it's so rare. Is it supposed to be this way/are spouses like this even in vanilla game, or is farkas just the worlds laziest husband xD??

Hi Rose,

The four new beds are for followers who accompany the player. The housemate function (Dweller Slot) does not apply because this is not a bed for housemates. The maximum number of housemates that can be accommodated is the same as before, up to eight people.

There were no beds for followers that are following the player before, so when the player and followers returned to the lodge with 8 housemates already living there, there was no place for the followers that are following the player to sleep. This was causing a "bed fight" between the housemates and followers. Therefore, in the previous update, 4 new beds were added for "followers that are following".

The spouse's behavior package has not been modified from the vanilla settings. If the spouse is relocated with Hearthfire multiple adoptions, the center of the house (LocationCenterMarker) in Ilinalta Lake Lodge is in the kitchen, so it is normal for the spouse to wander around the kitchen.

The time when the spouse goes outside with Hearthfire multiple adoptions is a 2-hour behavior package from 2pm.

Outside of 2pm to 4pm, spouses who have been relocated with Hearthfire multiple adoptions have a behavior package that travels back and forth between the player's bedroom and the center of the house (LocationCenterMarker).

Because the kitchen of the center of the house (LocationCenterMarker) is close to the player's bedroom in Ilinalta Lake Lodge, the spouse does not move much.
