This is the second house of SKYRIM I made.
I wanted a property with an open-air bath with a good view on Riverwood, so I made it.

As the building is located on a cliff, the main entrance, dining room and bathroom are on the second floor, and the bedrooms are on the first floor and in the basement.

Notes for Xbox One version

1: I don't have an Xbox One, so I can't check the operation. note that.
2: Of the added NPCs, only those with followers-enabled voices can be hired by Amazing Follower Tweaks.
3: Supports "Hearthfire multiple adoptions". Since this operation check only confirmed "operation on the PC version", we have not been able to completely confirm the operation on Xbox One.

If you save and load once after installing this MOD, you can have up to 12 followers living in your house. This habitation feature only works for humanoid Followers. The habitation function does not work for animals such as Meeko and stray dogs. We do not plan to support the migration function of animals in the future. Please use "My Home is Your Home" for migration including Meeko. Use "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" to relocate your family.


Explanation of PS4 version only

As with all moddings, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up the save data before installing this mod so that you can always restore it before installing the mod.

Description

Homes have been added to Riverwood. Property with bath and toilet.Bath products are sold by the Riverwood Trader merchants.


Conflicting mods:

A mod that adds a house or object to the same location. (Coordinates are 5, -13)
If you're using a mod that adds a new tree to SKYRIM, it may affect the wood decks around your house. 
If you are using a mod that changes the weather, it may affect the color of the bath water.
I don't think you should worry about these if you have no problem getting in and out of the house.

Requirements: Xone

"Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" is required to move family members such as spouses and adopted children. Visit this house after installing ``Hearthfire Multiple Adoption'' and cast the spell ``Bless Home'' inside the house to move your spouse or adopted child into this house.

If you are not moving your spouse, adopted children, or other family members, there is no problem even without "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption."

Please use "My Home is Your Home" to house animals such as Meeko or stray dogs.

If you are not moving animals such as Meeko or stray dogs, there is no problem without "My Home is Your Home".

Requirements: PS4

"[PS4] Relocate NPC - Your new home" is required to move family members such as a spouse, adopted child, or pet.

If you are not moving your family or animals, there is no problem without "[PS4] Relocate NPC - Your new home".

Installation

There is no specified installation timing. There is no special load order either. I think it would be easier to manage if you put it in the same row as other houses.

Uninstallation

When uninstalling, please uninstall with save data in the following states: ``The status increase effect added by this MOD has expired'' or ``You do not own any items added by this MOD.''

There are mainly three types of conditions for the status increase effect that occurs with this MOD.

  • Washing your hands, brushing your teeth, using the toilet, washing your body, and using the bath will temporarily increase your status.
  • If you are equipped with an item (weapon or armor) added by this MOD that has a status increase effect.
  • If you use items (food or potions) added with this MOD that have a status-increasing effect.

If you uninstall this MOD with save data in which the status increase effect generated by this MOD is enabled, the status increase effect may remain. Please remove additional items from your equipment and save in a state where you do not own any additional items before uninstalling this MOD. If the additional item has a magic effect, only the magic effect may remain after uninstalling this MOD, and the magic effect may not be removed.

When uninstalling this MOD, please release all the NPCs that have migrated from the "Dweller Slot" of this house, and send the NPCs back to their original locations before uninstalling.

This building does not match the exterior and interior dimensions. The appearance is small and the inside is wide.
The color of the hot water in the bath changes depending on the time.

There are a total of 6 rooms for NPCs. There are 4 double beds and 8 single beds.

Indoor facilities:Player beds, 6 beds for children, 12 beds for servants or NPCs, toilets, baths, showers and saunas, Secret rooms(music room, private bath, Vampire Coffin),Trophy Room,Oven,Grill,Cooking pot,Arcane Enchanter,Alchemy lab,Staff Enchanter,Altar of Nine Divines and Daedra,Standing Stone miniature.
All indoor storage will not be respawned. Indoor storage is safe. 
The color of the hot water in the bath changes depending on the time.

Effect of wash basin and bath:
By washing your hands, brushing your teeth, using the toilet, washing your body, and entering the bath, you will be temporarily granted the buff effect of raising your status.

There is an NPC automatic undressing function in the bath and toilet. Undressing will be released after a certain period of time.
If undressing doesn't work, remove Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth from your NPC's equipment.
In addition, it seems that some NPCs have their automatic undressing function disabled.
NPCs with the ability to "neutralize magic" have no effect and remain dressed.
Also, the undressing NPC's torso may not be visible, but it can be restored by removing the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth.

If you don't want NPCs to undress automatically:

There is an "NPCs will not undress" button that will stop NPCs from undressing in the bath or toilet.

On the pillar to the immediate left as you enter through the front entrance is a "Undressing Control Button" that allows you to switch on and off NPCs undressing inside the building and in the garden.

By turning the switch on, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes still on, but please think of them as actually undressing.


When the "NPC will not strip" button is enabled, a light blue lamp will appear near the button.


Outdoor facilities:
Arcane Enchanter, Blacksmithing equipment, stables, open-air bath, shower, toilet, nap space on the roof, hammock, table and bench for 6 people,Cooking Pot and Grill and Oven.Storage around Blacksmithing equipment and storage near kitchenware is safe as it does not respawn.

About the two telescopes:
The outdoor telescope is a decoration. Let the followers take a peek.

About the stool space in front of the entrance:
Do not jump off the cliff as it is dangerous. Depending on your physical strength, you will die instantly.

Leny Valerius is a merchant. You can accompany the trip.He sells bath products Marriage is also possible.If he is not at the Riverwood Trader, he is at the Sleeping Giant Inn or Valerius House.

Known bugs/issues


Known Bugs1:
There is a roof switching lever for each of the outside bath and the hammock. You can switch the roof with this lever.If you continuously switch the levers of the roof and ventilation windows, the game will be overloaded and the game may crash.

Known Bugs2:
You can use a switch to display steam and running water in all indoor bathrooms.
There is a possibility that the game will crash if you go outdoors with steam or running water displayed.Switch off when leaving the bathroom.

About horses:
Horses have Essential and Respawn settings.
If a "player-owned horse" with a Respawn setting goes missing outdoors, the horse will return to its initial coordinates when the outside cell is reset. Unless changed by a MOD, the time at which the cell is reset will be 720 in-game hours (30 days).
If the horse you were riding goes missing, you can reunite with the horse by waiting 720 hours (30 days) in-game in a location other than the area where the horse is initially placed and then returning to the area.
If you can't ride a horse, you can do it by doing Fast Travel, watching the Loading Screen, and then trying again.
Fast travel to The Guardian Stones, which is the closest to Riverwood, and then try riding.
Once you get on this horse and then get off, it will accompany you to your Fast Travel destination.

About The Wood Chopping Block: "The Wood Chopping Block" on the left side of the front door of this house cannot be used immediately if the final save point before the introduction of the mod was Riverwood.

You can only crack firewood after fast traveling to The Guardian Stones, which is the closest to Riverwood, and looking at the loading screen.

About Weapon Rack: When decorating an indoor Weapon Rack with a two-handed weapon, the two-handed weapon decorated in the orientation of the Weapon Rack is designed to face up or down.

For this mod, the Weapon Rack on the entrance side of the Trophy Room and the Weapon Rack in the guest room next to the Trophy Room behave "upward when you decorate a two-handed weapon". Since this is a skyrim specification, the behavior cannot be modified.

If your housemates are hanging around without clothes, please remove the Bath Cloth or Restroom Cloth from your possessions.

How to take equipment from a housemate: Use 'Tailor's Measure - Change NPC's Outfit'. This MOD allows you to interact not only with changing costumes but also checking your belongings. Even if your housemate doesn't have Bath Cloth or Restroom Cloth and isn't wearing any clothes, use "Tailor's Measure - Change NPC's Outfit" to specify the outfit.


Question and Answer (Possible question)

Question 1: I want to move my family, but this house is not an option for me to move to.

Answer for Xone versions: "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" is required to move family members such as spouses and adopted children. Visit this house after installing "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" and cast the spell "Bless Home" inside the house to have your spouse or adopted child move into this house.

PS4 version answer: To move family members such as a spouse or adopted child, you need "[PS4] Relocate NPC - Your new home".

Question 2: My housemate remains undressed/The area from the neck down becomes transparent when undressing.

Answer: If the housemate correctly passes through the "transparent box that activates the magic that restores clothes", the clothes will be returned to normal. A "transparent box that activates the magic of returning clothes to their original state" is placed at the entrance to the bath and toilet. Housemates may remain undressed if they do not follow the entrance/exit route to the bath or toilet. It can be fixed by having your housemate go through a passage with a transparent box and using magic to restore it, or by taking the undressing equipment from your housemate's item column. Transparency from the neck down seems to occur when a processing error occurs, such as when the undressing magic is applied before the undressing magic is completed. There is no way to prevent it from becoming transparent from the neck down. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please take the undressing equipment from the housemate's item column and have the housemate put back on their original clothes.

Question 3: My housemate is standing still and not moving.

Answer: Sometimes housemates just stop and stare. It will resume its activities after a while, so think of it as a short break. An example of housemates stopping is when multiple housemates stop in the same place when competing for the same piece of furniture (such as a chair).

Question 4: I cannot specify the secret room (vampire coffin room) in the main character's room as my housemate's bed.

Answer: The vampire coffin room is a hidden room, so there are no housemate slots specified.



Explanation of the Housemate function.

I used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's living system. Thanks to UniSL.

  1. Save and load after installing MOD. If you don't go through this procedure, you won't be able to invite your housemates.
  2. Bring the Follower indoors in this house.
  3. The option "[Home] Would you live in this house?" will be displayed in the conversation with Follower. Select dweller slots from [1] to [12].

If you allocate a dweller slot and then un-employ the follower, the former follower will start living in this house as a housemate.

When you want to replace a resident, bring the follower you want to replace to this house and have the "[Home] Would you live in this house?" dialogue select the dweller slot of the housemate you want to replace.

Note and request: Essential attribute (non-dying attribute) will be given while staying, but it will return to the initial setting after unlocking the dweller slot. If you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire him as a Follower after unlocking the dweller slot and bring him to a safe place.

When uninstalling this MOD, please cancel all the residents' settings first, take them to the place where the residents were first, and then uninstall this MOD.

By using other mods together, it is possible to migrate "NPCs that cannot be made friends normally", but it is recommended to migrate NPCs related to the progress of the quest after the quest is completed. . If you migrate NPCs related to quest progress in the middle of the quest, the quest may not be able to progress.

Also, if you "temporarily make a hostile NPC that has been tranquillized" migrate as a Housemate, it may attack surrounding NPCs and players after the sedation is released, so please be careful.

This will be a repeated warning, but if you bring NPCs involved in the quest progress to this house, please bring them to this house after the quest is over. If you make "NPC involved in quest progress" a housemate in the middle of the quest, the quest may not progress.

Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.


A description of the cohabitant's living quarters area

The housemates' bedrooms are on the second floor, first floor, and basement.

The floor where housemates eat varies depending on the bedroom they are assigned to. The dining room on the second floor only has six seats, so all the housemates cannot sit at the same time. Therefore, housemates eat their meals separately in the dining room on the 2nd floor and the dining room/bar in the basement.

Housemates sleep in designated beds for 8 hours from 10:00pm to 6:00am. However, if your housemate's sleep start time is earlier than 10:00 p.m., they may sleep in a different bed.
Even if your housemates are sleeping in a bed other than the designated bed, they will wake up once at 22:00 when sleep starts and go to their designated bed.

Places housemate mainly visits: indoors and outdoors.

A Resident's meal schedule may deviate from the start time or cancel the meal schedule.

Ownership is not set for the bed in the housemate's living quarters.

If a Follower who is accompanying the player sleeps in a housemate's bed, the freeloader will not be able to sleep because there is no place to sleep.

  • Breakfast is served at the dining room from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • Lunch is served at the cafeteria from noon to 1:00 p.m.
  • Tea time is on the outside deck from 3:00pm to 4:00pm (6 people change at 30 minute intervals)
  • Dinner is served in the dining room from 7:00pm to 8:00pm.
  • Evening tea time is from 9:00pm to 10:00pm in the dining room and bar.
  • I sleep from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
  • Residents are free to move indoors and outdoors except when eating and sleeping.
