River View House

A part of the site is in the giant's walking route, but let's get along.
I built a house in the Windhelm region. It is located west of Kynesgrove. This house is designed for 3 housemates and a family to live in. A spare bedroll is also provided. The property is equipped with a bath and toilet.

In the early stages of making this house mod, we were trying to create a "huge sweetroll house", associated with the two words "connect" and "house". As a remnant of that, the layout is such that the houses are connected like a ring.
Conflicting Mods: Mods that modify the same location (coordinates are 30, 2)
As with all MOD installations, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up your save data before installing this MOD so that you can always restore it before installing this MOD.
Notes for Xbox One version
- I don't have an Xbox One, so I can't check the operation. note that.
- Of the added NPCs, only those with followers-enabled voices can be hired by Amazing Follower Tweaks.
- Supports "Hearthfire multiple adoptions". Since this operation check only confirmed "operation on the PC version", we have not been able to completely confirm the operation on Xbox One.
The following information is shared between the PC and Xbox One versions.
If you save and load once after installing this MOD, you can have up to 3 followers living in the residential area. This habitation feature only works for humanoid Followers. The habitation function does not work for animals such as Meeko and stray dogs. We do not plan to support the migration function of animals in the future. Please use "My Home is Your Home" for migration of animals including Meeko. Use "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" to relocate your family.

About the automatic undressing function of NPCs
By washing your hands, brushing your teeth, using the toilet, washing your body, and using a bath, you will be temporarily given a status increase effect.
There is an NPC automatic undressing function in the bath and toilet. Undressing will be canceled after a certain period of time.
If undressing is not canceled, remove the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth from the NPC's equipment.
In addition, it seems that some NPCs have the automatic undressing function disabled.
NPCs with the ability to "neutralize magic" have no effect and remain dressed.
Also, the undressing NPC's torso may not be visible, but it can be restored by removing the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth.
The player does not automatically undress, so when taking a bath, the player should gracefully undress or equip a Bath Cloth.
The Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth are set to a high defense value to protect you from enemies while you are bathing in the open-air bath.
However, this does not mean that we recommend playing in loincloths. Please wear clothes after taking a bath as the water will get cold.
When automatic undressing of NPC is not necessary
There is a button "NPCs Don't Undress" that will prevent NPCs from undressing in the bath or toilet.
Enter the building from the front entrance and you will find an "NPCs Don't Undress" button on the left pillar that allows you to switch on and off the automatic undressing when NPCs use the toilet or bath.
By turning on the switch, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes on, but please think that they are actually undressed.
When external security by Guard is not necessary
There is a button on the wall of the concession stand that will give the Guard a leave of absence.
When you activate this button, your Guards will take a vacation and leave their post.
There will be no outside security provided by the Guard, so players should deal with external enemies.
Known bugs/issues
Known Issue 1: The switch allows you to toggle the display of bath and sink water. The game may crash if you go outdoors with a large amount of running water displayed. Please turn off the switch when you move. Conserving water is important. If you switch switches continuously, the game will be overloaded and may crash.
Known Issue 2: This house has a house Owner set to "Player". There is also a "Public Area" setting.
This is because if the house does not have a "Public Area" setting, the residents will warn the player "I want you to leave the house" when the player returns home.
Guests such as guards may come to visit this house under the influence of this "Public Area" setting. After a while, the guests will return to where they were, so please leave them alone.
Known Issue 3: We have stairs to enter and exit the terrace, but the stairs are not Navmeshed on purpose to limit the use to the player only. Therefore, Followers may not follow you when entering the building from the outside stairs.
Known Issue 4: Walk slowly on the slide. If you run and rush into the slide, you run the risk of crashing into the cliff on the opposite bank.
Known Issue 5: The south slide is dangerous due to its distance. Please challenge in a state with plenty of physical strength. You can place an NPC on the slide in the south direction if the guidance is successful.
Known issue 6: The guard's AI package has no "enter the main house" setting, but for some reason the guard may enter the main house. The guard may enter the main house regardless of whether the "Public Area" setting is enabled. Since we do not know the root cause, we are unable to completely fix this issue at this time. Please consider that the guard is greeting the player.
Explanation of the Housemate function.
I used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's immigration function system. Thanks to UniSL.
A description of the function to let followers live in this house (housemate function).
- Bring the Follower indoors in this house.
- The option "[Home] Would you live in this house?" will be displayed in the conversation with Follower. Select dweller slots from [1] to [3].
- If you allocate a dweller slot and then un-employ the follower, the former follower will start living in this house as a housemate.
When you want to replace a resident, bring the follower you want to replace to this house and have the "[Home] Would you live in this house?" dialogue select the dweller slot of the housemate you want to replace.
Note and request: Essential attribute (non-dying attribute) will be given while staying, but it will return to the initial setting after unlocking the dweller slot. If you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire him as a Follower after unlocking the dweller slot and bring him to a safe place.
When uninstalling this MOD, please cancel all the residents' settings first, take them to the place where the residents were first, and then uninstall this MOD.
By using other mods together, it is possible to migrate "NPCs that cannot be made friends normally", but it is recommended to migrate NPCs related to the progress of the quest after the quest is completed. . If you migrate NPCs related to quest progress in the middle of the quest, the quest may not be able to progress.
Also, if you "temporarily make a hostile NPC that has been tranquillized" migrate as a Housemate, it may attack surrounding NPCs and players after the sedation is released, so please be careful.
Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.
This will be a repeated warning, but if you bring NPCs involved in the quest progress to this house, please bring them to this house after the quest is over. If you make "NPC involved in quest progress" a housemate in the middle of the quest, the quest may not progress.
If your housemates are hanging around without clothes, please remove the Bath Cloth or Restroom Cloth from your possessions.
How to take equipment from a housemate: Use 'Tailor's Measure - Change NPC's Outfit'. This MOD allows you to interact not only with changing costumes but also checking your belongings. Even if your housemate doesn't have Bath Cloth or Restroom Cloth and isn't wearing any clothes, use "Tailor's Measure - Change NPC's Outfit" to specify the outfit.
A description of the cohabitant's living quarters area
Slots 1 and 2 have the Alchemy Lab loft as their bedroom.

In slot 3, the main character's study becomes the bedroom.
Housemates sleep in designated beds for 8 hours from 10:00pm to 6:00am. However, if your housemate's sleep start time is earlier than 10:00 p.m., they may sleep in a different bed.
Even if your housemates are sleeping in a bed other than the designated bed, they will wake up once at 22:00 when sleep starts and go to their designated bed.
Places housemates mainly patrol: Main building indoors and outdoors.
A Resident's meal schedule may deviate from the start time or cancel the meal schedule.
Ownership is not set for the bed in the housemate's living quarters.
Most of the living quarters have single beds, so if the follower accompanying the player goes to bed first, the housemate will have no place to sleep and the housemate will not be able to sleep.
housemate's schedule
