Solstheim Raven Rock Manor

I built a house on Raven Rock.
It is a property with a housemate function with a bath and toilet.
There are two versions for PC only.
The one with the notation of SE consists only of the material of Version 1.5.97 environment. The one with AE notation uses the material ("Creation Club Fishing" resource (ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm)) that became available after Version 1.6.
Conflicting Mods: Mods that add houses, objects, etc. in the same place.
The Xone and the PC version of Redspire Manor are in the same location, so they compete. The position of the entrance door of this house and Redspire Manor are different, so you can enter either building. However, using them at the same time will affect the appearance of Redspire Manor. Also, since the garden defined by Redspire Manor is destroyed by this MOD, if you use both at the same time, there is only an operation guarantee of "simply enter the house".
When used in conjunction with Redspire Manor, housemates and attendants may get confused when entering and exiting the house as there will be two doors defining the "entrance door" in the same area.
Notes for Xbox One version
- I don't have an Xbox One, so I can't check the operation. note that.
- Supports "Hearthfire multiple adoptions". Since this operation check only confirmed "operation on the PC version", we have not been able to completely confirm the operation on Xbox One.
The following is common information for the PC version and the Xbox One version.
If you save and load once after installing this MOD, you can have up to 7 followers living in the building. This habitation feature only works for humanoid Followers. The habitation function does not work for animals such as Meeko and stray dogs. We do not plan to support the migration function of animals in the future. Please use "My Home is Your Home" for migration including Meeko. Use "Hearthfire Multiple Adoption" to relocate your family.
Explanation for PS4 version only

The following is information common to the PC version, Xbox One version, and PS4 version.
Interior facilities accessible without going through the Load door: protagonist's bedroom, toilet, shower, kitchen, two single beds, Arcane Enchanter and Alchemy lab.





Facilities accessed via the Load door: Children's room, six-person room for housemates, treasury, blacksmithing equipment, Staff Enchanter, Magic cauldron, vegetable garden, bath and sauna, Aquarium.





I don't really want to install a load door, but due to the construction material set, I decided to use a load door.
All indoor storage will not respawn except "Water Barrel Respawn". Indoor storage is safe.
Note: Aquarium is not in SE version.
In the early stages of development, there was no Load door, just the main character's bedroom and two beds on the second floor, but I gave in to the desire to make the bathroom more luxurious, so I added a floor. After adding other floors more and more, it became a house of this size in the end.
If you would like a larger protagonist's bedroom, an open-air bath with a great view, or a property where six people can eat together at the same table, please use my work "Solstheim Villa" if you like.
By washing your hands, brushing your teeth, using the toilet, washing your body, and entering the bath, you will be temporarily granted the buff effect of raising your status.
The bath and toilet have an NPC automatic undressing function. The undressing will be released after a certain time.
If the NPC does not wear clothes after the bath and toilet, remove "Bath Cloth" or "Restroom Cloth" from the NPC's equipment.
Players do not automatically undress, so either take them off or equip them with "Bath Cloth".
When automatic undressing of NPC is not necessary
There is a button "NPCs do not undress" that prevents NPCs from undressing in the bathroom or toilet.
When you enter through the front door, you can use the "undressing control button" near the wall light (goat horn candle) on the right to turn on/off automatic undressing when NPCs use the toilet or bath.
By turning on the switch, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes on, but please think that they are actually undressed.
Purchase bath products from the merchant (Feviile Maron) added to the Retching Netch.
Known Issue 1: Until the Dragonborn DLC "Cleansing the Stones" is completed, sleeping will take you to one of the 6 All-Maker stones. Finish the quest or go to Raven Rock Manor Basement to get some sleep so you don't get dragged while you're asleep. Basement can be moved from the blue stone in the bedroom.

Known Issue 2: Displaying some weapons such as "ORCISH BATTLEAXE" on WeaponRacks, WeaponRackPlaques, etc. is incorrect. Especially for those who can decorate two weapons of WeaponRackPlaque, there is a bug that "ORCISH BATTLEAXE displayed on the right can be displayed as many as you want on the left". It is displayed as such in the specifications of skyrim. If you are concerned about this bug, please find other author's patch MOD and deal with it. (If you make other author's MOD patch a dependency, it will be troublesome when the dependent destination stops updating, so it is not specified as a required MOD)
Known Issue 3: Some wands remain in the air when placed in a WeaponRack, WeaponRackPlaque, etc. and do not reach the WeaponRack. Possibly, but the WeaponRack placement seems to be causing the problem. The ``problem location'' that we have confirmed so far is inside the V-shaped exhibition space in the treasure exhibition room, where there is a treasure chest for decoration at the foot. If you don't see the weapon you want to display in other places on WeaponRack, please check your surroundings. The weapon you want to display may be floating in the air. After restarting the game, wands will be displayed properly in WeaponRacks and WeaponRackPlaques. (unconfirmed information)
Known Issue 4: There are two types of scaffolding on the wide wall to display shields and weapons. Depending on the combination of the height of the scaffolding and the height of the place to be decorated, the displayed weapon or shield may get caught on the scaffolding.
Known issue 5: The switch allows you to switch between bath/sauna water/steam etc. The game may crash if you go outdoors with a large amount displayed. Please turn off the switch when you move. Conserving water is important. If you switch switches continuously, the game may crash because the game will be overloaded.
Known Issue 6: The color of the hot springs in the bath changes with time. If you are using a mod that modifies the weather, the color may differ from the sample image.
Known Issue 7: This house has a house Owner set to "Player". There is also a "Public Area" setting. This is because if the house does not have a "Public Area" setting, the residents will warn the player "I want you to leave the house" when the player returns home.
Guests such as guards may come to visit this house under the influence of this "Public Area" setting. After a while, the guests will return to where they were, so please leave them alone.
As with all moddings, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up the save data before installing this mod so that you can always restore it before installing the mod.
Question and Answer (Possible question)
Question: Why are there 8 ownerless single beds in the whole house but only slots for 7 cohabitants?
Answer: We prepared 1 single bed for non-housemates to sleep.
Description of Follower's long-term stay feature:
used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's living system. Thanks to UniSL.
After installing this mod, if you save and load it and bring the follower to this house (garden and inside the house), you will be presented with the option "[Home] Would you live in this house?".
Select the dweller slot from [1] to [7] from "This's your dweller slot."
After allocating a dweller slot and then parting from the follower, the follower will start living in this house.
When you talk to the NPC who has become a resident, the option "[Home] I want to manage dwellers." Will be displayed, and you can unlock the dweller slot.
If you want to change the resident, bring the follower you want to change to this house and select the dweller slot you want to change from the conversation "[Home] Would you live in this house?" And change it.
Attention and request: The Essential attribute is given during the stay, but it will return to the default setting after releasing the dweller slot, so if you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire it as a Follower after releasing the dweller slot. Then, please deliver it to a safe place.
When uninstalling this mod, please cancel all the residents' residence settings first, send it to the original location, and then uninstall it.
By using other mods together, it is possible to migrate "NPCs that cannot be made friends normally", but it is recommended to migrate NPCs related to the progress of the quest after the quest is completed. . If you migrate NPCs related to quest progress in the middle of the quest, the quest may not be able to progress.
Also, if you "temporarily make a hostile NPC that has been tranquillized" and migrate as a Housemate, please be aware that they may attack Raven Rock's residents and players after the sedation is lifted.
Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.
A description of the housemate's living quarters area
The housemate's living quarters consist mainly of a large room for 6 people and a bed on the 2nd floor.
The housemate sets the sleeping time in the room to 8 hours from 22:00 to 6:00 am. If housemate's default sleep start time is earlier than 22:00, housemate will move to the nearest bed from the current location and start sleeping.
Even if your housemate is sleeping in a bed other than the room you live in, at 22:00 when sleep starts, you will wake up once and go to your designated bed.
Places housemates mainly patrol: dining room, indoor bath, near blacksmithing facility, indoor vegetable garden, indoor treasure display area, outdoor plaza.
A Resident's meal schedule may deviate from the start time or cancel the meal schedule.
We do not set ownership for the beds in the living quarters.
Since most of the living quarters have single beds, if the follower accompanying the player goes to bed first, there will be no place to sleep and the resident will not be able to sleep.
Housemate schedule
- Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 6:00 am to 7:00 am
- Lunch is served in the cafeteria from noon to 1:00 p.m.
- Tea time is from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm in the hall beyond the blacksmithing equipment
- Dinner is served at the cafeteria from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Tea time before bed is from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the cafeteria
- sleep from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Residents are free to move indoors and outdoors, except when eating and sleeping.
