Mod Description:
We have built a house in Dawnstar region. It has a bath and toilet.
You can have Follower stay in this house.
It is located very close to the Windward Ruins.
We are using the "Creation Club Fishing" resource (ccBGSSSE001-Fish.esm) introduced in Update 1.6.
Conflicting mods: MODs that add houses, objects, etc. in the same place (coordinates 4, 21 and 3, 21)
Notes for Xbox One version
1: I don't have an Xbox One, so I can't check the operation. note that.
2: Of the added NPCs, only those with followers-enabled voices can be hired by Amazing Follower Tweaks.
3: Supports "Hearthfire multiple adoptions". Since this operation check only confirmed "operation on the PC version", we have not been able to completely confirm the operation on Xbox One.
The following is common information for the PC version and the Xbox One version.
After installing this mod, once you save and load it, you can have up to 8 people live in the Follower's room. This resident feature works only for humanoid followers. Animals such as Meeko and stray dogs do not work. In addition, we will not be able to respond in the future. Please use "My Home is Your Home" for emigration including Meeko. Use the Hearthfire Multiple Adoption to relocate your family.
Explanation of PS4 version only
You will need "[PS4] Relocate NPC --Your new home" to move your family to this house.
"[PS4] Multiple Followers System" is required to hire additional NPCs.

The following is information common to the PC version, Xbox One version, and PS4 version.
As with all moddings, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up the save data before installing this mod so that you can always restore it before installing the mod.
Indoor facilities: hero's bedroom, 6 children's beds, 7 NPC beds, toilet, bath facilities (bath, shower and sauna), Cooking equipment (Oven, Cooking pot, grill), Arcane Enchanter and Alchemy lab, Magic cauldron, Aquarium, blacksmithing equipment, Secret room (Daedric artifact room, Trophy Room, Mannequin room, vampire coffins)
All indoor storage will not be respawned. Indoor storage is safe.
The Trophy Room, Mannequin room and vampire casket are in hidden rooms. Tip: There is a hidden room door on a candlelit basement wall.
Outdoor equipment: carriages, stables, cultivated fields, chicken sheds (eggs can be harvested), fishing ponds, open-air baths, gazebos, hearth rooms, Blacksmithing equipment.
House resident: Dremora (non-hostile), Wispmother (main gate guard, non-hostile), merchant
Large underground bath. Go up the stairs and the sauna room is adjacent to the right. Up the stairs, there is a bathtub for washing your body. There is a hidden bath behind the red curtain near this tub. There is also a heated pool in a different location.

The main gate is on the east side. An ice beauty (Wispmother) will welcome you.
There is also a gate in the observation tower. I will use it when I come to this house from the south direction.
There are stables and carriages right next to the main gate. Horse-drawn carriages take you to major cities and suburban towns and villages 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, whenever you want.
Are you worried that the carriage can't go through the gate? Don't worry. The carriage can pass through the main gate.

Enter the house from the front door, go straight and the second door on the right is the main character's room.

The dining room is large.
Merchants operate in this BAR section. Before and after opening, we prepare meals for this house in the kitchen with Dremora.
There is a Cooking pot in the hearth room of the garden.
There is a fishing pond on the west side of the hearth room in the garden.
There is an open-air bath on the north side of the hearth room in the garden. Switch the roof according to the weather.
Bath products are handled by a merchant (Ellinth). Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.
Washing your hands, brushing, washing your body, and using the bath will temporarily increase your status.
The bath and toilet have an NPC automatic undressing function. After a certain period of time, the undressing state of the NPC will be released.
If the NPC is still undressed, remove the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth from the NPC's equipment.
In addition, it seems that some NPCs have the automatic undressing function disabled.
NPCs with the ability to "neutralize magic" have no effect and remain dressed.
Also, the undressing NPC's torso may not be visible, but it can be restored by removing the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth.
The player does not automatically undress, so when taking a bath, the player should gracefully undress or equip a Bath Cloth.
The Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth are set to a high defense value to protect you from enemies while you are bathing in the open-air bath.
However, this does not mean that we recommend playing in loincloths. Please wear clothes after taking a bath as the water will get cold.
If you don't want NPCs to undress automatically:
There is an "NPCs do not undress" button that will stop NPCs from undressing in the bath or toilet.
You can switch on and off NPCs undressing inside the building and in the garden using the "Undressing Control Button" on the pillar to the immediate right as you enter through the front entrance.
By turning the switch on, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes on, but please think of them as actually undressing.
When the "Button to prevent NPCs from undressing" is enabled, a light blue lamp will be displayed just above the "Undressing control button".
Known Issue 1: Since there are many objects, it can be a heavy load when used in combination with a mod that switches textures significantly.
Known issue 2:You can switch between water and steam in the bath or sauna with a switch. The game may crash if you leave it displayed in large numbers and go outdoors. Please turn off the switch when moving. Saving water is important. If the switches are switched continuously, the game may crash due to the load on the game.
Known Issue 3: You can climb high outdoors, but be careful of falling from high places.
Known Issue 4: Outdoor hearth rooms can be switched between interior walls and roofs with a wall switch. However, if the weather is snowstorm, please evacuate to the inside of the main building.
Known Issue 5: Do not horse push or kick the guard Wispmother. The guard is not hostile to the player, but can be hostile to the kicked horse.
Known Issue 6: The position of the sofa's "sitting" judgment is slightly different from that of a normal chair.
The position of the sofa bed "sleeping" is also different from that of normal bedding. The marker on which the sofa bed sits is the Invisible Chair Marker, so players cannot sit on it. (To give priority to sleep markers)
Known Issue 7: The effect of the roof changeover switch in the hearth room is "toggle the roof as seen from the outside".
The roof of the hearth room is an "object that allows you to see the sky when viewed from the inside", so it is difficult to see the change when you are inside, but the amount of sunlight that enters will change.
Even if you add a roof or wall to the hearth room, if the snowstorm is strong, snow will blow in, so please evacuate to the inside of the main building. (Especially when Survival Mode is enabled)
Known Issue 8: This house has "Player" set as the Owner of the house. The house also has a "Public Area" setting.
If the house does not have a Public Area setting, every time the player returns to the house, the inhabitants will say things like "Don't cause trouble" or "Get out" to the player when they break into the house. Due to the "Public Area" set up in this house, guests such as Dawnstar guards may come to visit the house. The guests will eventually return to where they came from, so please leave them alone.
Known Issue 9: In the conversation with Alan, the resident of this house, there is a line to invite Alan to become a housemate, but please ignore the "line to invite migration" to Alan. Alan has a follower employment setting, so the line of migration solicitation will occur. (In order to display greetings from Alan, we are displaying lines that dare to invite migration)
I used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's living system. Thanks to UniSL.
Description of Follower's long-term stay feature:
After installing this mod, if you save and load it and bring the follower to this house (garden and inside the house), you will be presented with the option "[Home] Would you live in this house?".
Select the dweller slot from [1] to [8] from "This's your dweller slot."
After allocating a dweller slot and then parting from the follower, the follower will start living in this house.
When you talk to the NPC who has become a resident, the option "[Home] I want to manage dwellers." Will be displayed, and you can unlock the dweller slot.
If you want to change the resident, bring the follower you want to change to this house and select the dweller slot you want to change from the conversation "[Home] Would you live in this house?" And change it.
Attention and request 1 : The Essential attribute is given during the stay, but it will return to the default setting after releasing the dweller slot, so if you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire it as a Follower after releasing the dweller slot. Then, please deliver it to a safe place.
Attention and request 2 : If you bring NPCs related to quest progress to this house, please bring them to this house after the quest is over. If you make "NPC involved in quest progress" a housemate in the middle of the quest, the quest may not progress.
Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.
When uninstalling this mod, please cancel all the residents' residence settings first, send it to the original location, and then uninstall it.
There are 5 residential areas. There are 3 single rooms on the 2nd floor, 1 quadruple room and a hidden basement room (for vampires).
I set the sleep time in this house to be 8 hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, but the sleep start time set for the servant who became a resident of this house is before 10:00 pm In the case of, sleep starts on the bed closest to the resident's current location.
Even if you are sleeping on a bed other than the assigned room, you will wake up once at 10:00 pm when you start sleeping and head to each designated bed.
No ownership has been set for the beds in the living quarters.
Since the large room has a single bed, if the follower that the player is carrying falls asleep first, there is no place to sleep and the resident cannot sleep.
Residents' schedule
Breakfast is served at the cafeteria from 6:00 am to 7:00 am
Lunch is at the cafeteria from noon to 1:00 pm
Tea time is from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the cafeteria
Dinner at the cafeteria from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Tea time before going to bed is from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm at the cafeteria
Sleep from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
Residents are free to move indoors and outdoors except during meals and sleep.
The meal schedule may be off the start time or the meal schedule may be cancelled.
Places mainly visited by residents: dining room, dining room bar, 2nd floor, underground sauna, underground hot spring bath, outside vegetable garden, outside blacksmithing facility, outside hearth room, outside viewing platform.
The second floor, which is up the stairs just after entering from the front entrance, is a floor where servants can live.
(The vampire bedroom is in the basement. )
Residents gather near this table during the tea time at 15:00.

Bonus: Hidden Door Tips
There are also other hidden rooms in the basement. On the other side of the sauna, there is a bath for the situation of "two people alone in a private room".
Other hidden rooms have doors to "QASmoke (developer cheat cell)" and "WIDeadbodyCleanupCell". These two doors were added to reduce the MOD usage frame of "Quasmoke" Cheat Room and "Deadbody Cleanup Cell" that I used on PS4. Since it is attached for personal reasons, it is hidden on the indoor map.
