I have built a house in the snowfields south of Winterhold.
You can drink and sleep around the hearth.
Up to 5 housemates can live in the house.

As with all moddings, in order to deal with unexpected problems, please back up the save data before installing this mod so that you can always restore it before installing the mod.
Notes for Xbox One version
1: I don't have an Xbox One, so I can't check the operation. note that.
2: Of the added NPCs, only those with followers-enabled voices can be hired by Amazing Follower Tweaks.
3: Supports "Hearthfire multiple adoptions". Since this operation check only confirmed "operation on the PC version", we have not been able to completely confirm the operation on Xbox One.

The following is information common to the PC version, Xbox One version, and PS4 version.
Property Access: South of Winterhold, heading north from the Whistling Mine.
At first, I made it with the goal of being able to teleport to various places from the underground map. However, there was a possibility that a problem would occur by scattering teleport doors in various places. As a result, in order to avoid the problem, we adopted the method of "setting to enable Fast Travel from indoors".
Fast Travel is possible from indoors. You can Fast Travel wherever you want from indoors.
Fast Travel is disabled when Survival Mode is enabled, so use an outdoor horse-drawn carriage to travel to major cities and villages.
Indoor facilities: main character's bedroom, 6 children's beds, 5 NPC beds, 5 BedRolls, toilet, bath facilities (bathtub and shower),
Cooking facilities (Oven, Cooking pot, Grill), Nine Divines and Daedric altars, Standing Stone miniatures, Arcane Enchanter, Staff Enchanter, Alchemy lab, Treasure rooms (Daedric artifact room, Trophy Room, Mannequin room, etc.)
My favorite building materials are wooden houses from Riften and Whiterun, but I wanted to try other building materials, so I built a house with building materials from the Farmhouse category.
Since there are many pillars, the earthquake resistance performance will not be a problem. Considering the location, there seems to be a problem with the ground. Let's say this is "Even if the cliff is close, it's okay because Akatosh's blessing is there".
The reason why we installed a "wall with a window" in the dining room and the hearth is to prevent the toilet from being completely visible from the dining room and the hearth.
The second production goal of this work is to be able to sleep by the hearth.
It is possible to switch between cushions and BedRoll with a switch to execute "sleep by the hearth indoors".
There are two BedRolls permanently installed in the hearth without having to switch. One of the BedRolls can be "Lay Down" and the other BedRoll can sleep.
Outdoor equipment: stables, blacksmithing equipment, open-air baths, hearths, fields, carriages, merchant's huts.
Bath products are handled by a merchant (Ma'nara). Business hours are 9 AM to 5 PM.
Please purchase bath products and olive oil from the merchant (Ma'nara) who lives in the next building.
No dishes are displayed on the main dining table. (To allow users to decorate freely)
About the automatic undressing function of NPCs
Washing your hands, brushing, washing your body, and using the bath will temporarily increase your status.
The bath and toilet have an NPC automatic undressing function. After a certain period of time, the undressing state of the NPC will be released.
If the NPC is still undressed, remove the Bath Cloth and Restroom Cloth from the NPC's equipment.
When automatic undressing of NPC is not necessary
There is a button "NPCs Don't Undress" that will prevent NPCs from undressing in the bath or toilet.
On the right side of the entrance door when viewed from inside the building is a "undressing control button" that allows you to turn on and off the automatic undressing when NPCs use the toilet or bath.
By turning on the switch, you will see NPCs using the toilet or bath with their clothes on, but please think that they are actually undressed.
When external security by Guard is not necessary
There is a button on the wall of the concession stand that will give the Guard a leave of absence.
When you activate this button, your Guards will take a vacation and leave their post.
There will be no outside security provided by the Guard, so players should deal with external enemies.
Known Issue 1: This house has a house Owner set to "Player". There is also a "Public Area" setting.
This is because if the house does not have a "Public Area" setting, the residents will warn the player "I want you to leave the house" when the player returns home.
Guests such as guards may come to visit this house under the influence of this "Public Area" setting. After a while, the guests will return to where they were, so please leave them alone.
Explanation of the Housemate function.
A description of the function to let followers live in this house (housemate function).
I used UniSL's "Dweller Slot" for Follower's immigration function system. Thanks to UniSL.
After installing this mod, if you save and load it and bring the follower to this house (garden and inside the house), you will be presented with the option "[Home] Would you live in this house?".
Select the dweller slot from [1] to [5] from "This's your dweller slot."
After allocating a dweller slot and then parting from the follower, the follower will start living in this house.
When you talk to the NPC who has become a resident, the option "[Home] I want to manage dwellers." Will be displayed, and you can unlock the dweller slot.
If you want to change the resident, bring the follower you want to change to this house and select the dweller slot you want to change from the conversation "[Home] Would you live in this house?" And change it.
Attention and request: The Essential attribute is given during the stay, but it will return to the default setting after releasing the dweller slot, so if you bring a Follower without the Essential attribute, hire it as a Follower after releasing the dweller slot. Then, please deliver it to a safe place.
When uninstalling this MOD, please cancel all the residents' settings first, take them to the place where the residents were first, and then uninstall this MOD.
Note: If you bring NPCs related to quest progress to this house, please bring them to this house after the quest is over. If you make "NPC involved in quest progress" a housemate in the middle of the quest, the quest may not progress.
This will be a repeated warning, but if you bring NPCs involved in the quest progress to this house, please bring them to this house after the quest is over. If you make "NPC involved in quest progress" a housemate in the middle of the quest, the quest may not progress.
Serana's associated quest (Dawnguard) has higher priority than the Dweller Slot system, so Serana cannot be set as a housemate until Dawnguard is completed. Please finish all of Serana's related Dawnguard quests before making Serana your housemate.
I set the sleep time in the residential area to 8 hours from 22:00 to 6:00 am, but if the sleep start time originally set for the new residents is earlier than 22:00 (for example, 21:00), Move to the nearest bed from your current location and start sleeping.
Even if you sleep in a bed other than the assigned room, you will wake up once at 22:00 when sleep starts and head to the designated bed.
Places housemates mainly patrol: Main building indoors and outdoors.
A Resident's meal schedule may deviate from the start time or cancel the meal schedule.
Ownership is not set for the bed in the housemate's living quarters.
Most of the living quarters have single beds, so if the follower accompanying the player goes to bed first, the housemate will have no place to sleep and the housemate will not be able to sleep.

- Breakfast is served in the cafeteria from 6:00 am to 7:00 am
- Lunch is served in the cafeteria from noon to 1:00 p.m.
- Tea time is from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the outdoor hearth.
- Dinner is served at the cafeteria from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Tea time before bed is at the basement bar from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- sleep from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
- Residents are free to move indoors and out, except during meal and sleep times.
